Permavoid® MD-400 – 80 m³ Stormwater Detention Basin

This project features an 80 m³ underground stormwater detention basin constructed using the Permavoid® MD-400 system. With 95% void space, the system maximizes water storage while significantly reducing excavation, aggregate requirements, and truckloads compared to traditional stone-filled systems.

Its high-strength structure allows installation beneath traffic-bearing areas or landscaped spaces, providing a durable, efficient, and space-saving stormwater management solution. Once installed, the system is completely concealed below ground, preserving the full functionality and appearance of the surface above.
