The revitalization of McGill University’s Faculty of Education Pavilion was completed in the summer of 2020. As part of the project, the Permavoid 150HD system was installed both on the restored rooftops and around the perimeter of the building.

This modular system is designed to capture, store, and redistribute rainwater directly on site. Through passive capillary irrigation, the stored water is gradually delivered to the surface landscaping without the need for active pumping.

The result is a fully functional green roof system that supports sustainable stormwater management while enhancing the urban environment of the campus.
