Rehabilitation of the Victoriaville cycle path

As part of the reconstruction of a section of the multifunctional path along Boulevard Jutras, a Permavoid 85HD stormwater retention system was installed directly beneath the bike path.

The natural slope of the path directed surface water toward a specific point. With the Permavoid system, stormwater could be managed directly below the surface, using minimal excavation depth, while maintaining the structural integrity required for dynamic loads from cyclists and pedestrians.

This project highlights the effectiveness of the Permavoid system in contexts where space is limited, and where both hydraulic performance and structural strength are essential.
