As part of its water infrastructure optimization, the Municipality of Hautes-Laurentides installed a 16-inch (400 mm) water valve on an existing ductile iron main.

This strategic intervention was designed to allow a partial future shutdown of the system, enabling the connection of a new pipeline to the existing network.

The ROMAC MACRO HP system was selected for its strength, ease of installation, and its ability to perform reliably under municipal pressure conditions.
