As part of a high-quality residential development expertly led by general contractor Icodev, Poly-Expert Distribution supplied and supported the installation of Polydrain trench drains in several underground garage ramps.

Designed to ensure reliable stormwater capture in sloped areas, these polymer concrete channels with a built-in 0.6% slope offer consistent hydraulic performance and long-term durability.

The reinforced galvanized steel grates, rated Class C, are engineered to handle regular vehicle traffic while maintaining user safety and structural integrity.
