Relocation and deviation of a water main

As part of urban infrastructure upgrades, the City of Montreal's crews carried out the relocation and diversion of a 12-inch (300 mm) ductile iron water main.

This work was essential to allow for the installation of a concrete electrical chamber in a dense and infrastructure-sensitive area.

The use of ROMAC ALPHA 45-degree bends enabled a quick and secure realignment of the pipeline without major service interruption, while ensuring long-term sealing and performance of the water system.
