Project Summary:
As part of an urban infrastructure project for the City of Saint-Colomban, Poly-Expert Distribution supplied a robust and proven surface drainage system to ensure effective stormwater management. The Polydrain 2532B polymer concrete trench drain was selected for its superior hydraulic performance and durability under demanding conditions.

Technical Specifications:

• Product Used: Polydrain 2532B

• Material: Precast polymer concrete

• Integrated Slope: 0.6%

• Depth: From 244 mm to 581 mm (9 5/8" to 22 7/8")

• Grate: Ductile iron ASTM A536 grade 80-55-06 with polymer coating

• Frame: Ductile iron with polymer coating

• Load Capacity: Class G – 2469 PSI (AASHTO M-306 modified test)

• Installed Length: 17 channels totaling over 17 meters

• Installation: Straight alignment with continuous slope, anchored in concrete slab with lateral expansion joints
